Sometimes self-reflection, brings you to realisation. Sometimes to questions that you cannot answer.
It brings you to see a more clearer picture, of what you were so blinded to. Maybe it was thoughts, actions, decisions.
Maybe reflecting upon yourself, can change you or maybe make you aware of who you are.
i know for myself, that i have realised how precious time is. Time is everything in this world and once it's gone.. it cannot be taken back..
